Job summary

Foresight Asset Management, LLC is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep multifamily properties safe, attractive, and fully operational for residents. The role emphasizes diagnosing and repairing appliances and systems, plus preventative maintenance and safety oversight.

You will work under the Maintenance Lead, coordinate with residents, vendors, and contractors, and help prepare units for rent-ready status. A strong emphasis on customer service and compliance is required.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification, Type I and II.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Willingness to work overtime and on-call shifts.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and blueprints.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair major appliances, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and pool care where applicable.
• Assist with turnkey operations to prepare vacant units for rent-ready status.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs to preserve property condition.
• Inspect grounds and buildings to ensure safety and minimize risk.
• Maintain records of service requests, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Assist with budget adherence, bids, and purchasing supplies.
