Job summary

Foresight Asset Management, LLC is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep properties safe, attractive, and fully operational for residents. You will diagnose and repair appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and general carpentry under the Maintenance Lead.

Assist with vacant units and preventative maintenance while prioritizing safety and service quality. Strong communication and customer service are essential as you engage with residents, vendors, and colleagues.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification, Type I and II.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Other licenses and certifications as required by state and federal law.
• Ability to work any day including overtime and on-call shifts.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate general maintenance equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair major appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and related tasks.
• Prioritize and complete service requests with Maintenance Lead guidance.
• Prepare vacant units for rent-ready status.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs to preserve property condition.
• Inspect grounds and buildings to ensure safety and minimize risk.
