Job summary

The Morgan Group is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for our Houston properties. You will perform essential maintenance tasks across interior and exterior spaces, respond to service requests, assist with turnovers, and coordinate with outside vendors. A strong commitment to safety and resident satisfaction is required.

You will work on plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, and general upkeep, while maintaining organized spaces and following required manuals and procedures.

Qualifications

• Adhere to maintenance, safety, and operations manuals and team policies.
• Provide dependable customer service and communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Perform tasks in plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, electrical and general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to MORGAN’s Maintenance, Emergency Procedures, Leasing and Marketing, Management and Operations manuals.
• Perform tasks safely and respond to service requests and vendor coordination.
• Handle apartment turnovers and assist with maintenance across interior and exterior areas.
• Maintain organized workspaces and report supplies needed for orders.
• Inspect and repair electrical, plumbing, painting, and general maintenance needs.
• Ensure safety, proper lighting, and grounds maintenance; follow PPE guidelines.
