Qualifications

• High School diploma or better required.
• At least 6 months of multifamily maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with painting and general maintenance is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills recommended.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Morgan’s manuals and team handbook.
• Monitor and report on building systems and safety hazards.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to service requests within 24 hours.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies and ensure safety compliance.
