The Morgan Group is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support our multifamily properties. You will perform preventative and reactive maintenance, collaborating with leasing and management teams to maintain property condition and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical issues, and ensuring safety standards across the property. A valid EPA certification and strong customer service skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or better.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, energy management systems is preferred.
• EPA certification is required or preferred depending on role.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to maintenance, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Respond to service requests and coordinate with vendors.
• Perform apartment and property maintenance including plumbing, carpentry, and electrical tasks.
• Maintain organized work areas and inventory of parts.
• Ensure safety compliance and report hazards to leadership.
• Support exterior and interior property upkeep and grounds maintenance.
• Operate vehicles and equipment as required and comply with training requirements.
