Job summary

The Morgan Group is seeking a dedicated maintenance professional for our Conroe, Texas community. This full-time role supports property upkeep, safety procedures, and responsive service to residents and vendors.

You will perform a range of repairs, upkeep tasks, and routine maintenance to ensure high-quality living spaces. Responsibilities include following established manuals, handling service requests, and aiding in exterior/interior maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance tasks and repairs.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and manuals.
• Strong customer service mindset when interacting with residents.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to MORGAN’s maintenance, emergency procedures, and operations manuals.
• Perform all tasks in a safe manner and provide customer service.
• Handle service requests, apartment turnovers and assist with outside vendors as assigned by the Lead Maintenance.
• Assist in all phases of property maintenance, including plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Maintain an organized work place and shop.
