Job summary

Morgan Group in Texas seeks a Maintenance Worker to care for grounds, buildings, and common areas at our properties. You will perform repairs, handle debris, operate cleaning equipment, and support safety and upkeep across the community.

This full-time role requires physical stamina and reliability. You’ll follow procedures, assist with move-ins, and participate in snow removal, pool and unit maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; reliability and basic maintenance aptitude.
• Experience with customer service and working with teams is preferred.
• Ability to interact professionally with residents, staff, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to maintenance procedures and safety rules.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and safe, report hazards.
• Complete service requests and repairs promptly and safely.
• Inspect property and manage debris, report needed improvements to Lead Maintenance.
• Operate cleaning and maintenance equipment as required.
• Assist with move-ins/out, pool and common area upkeep as needed.
• Follow training and company policies for a reliable work output.
