Qualifications

• Three years of maintenance experience in property management or similar industry.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and follow manuals and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety equipment.
• Respond to service requests promptly and document actions taken.
• Maintain clean, safe common areas and inventory of tools and supplies.
• Follow OSHA guidelines and company procedures in all tasks.
• Collaborate with on-site management and maintenance teams.
