Job summary

The Morgan Group, based in Houston, is seeking a maintenance professional for its Parker property. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and timely service resolution to ensure resident satisfaction.

You will perform building system inspections, repairs, and duties across interiors and exteriors, while upholding company standards and safety procedures. This full-time position offers solid benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months of multi-family experience.
• Painting and general maintenance experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to interact well with co-workers, supervisors, guests, vendors, contractors, residents and the public in a professional and pleasant manner.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to MORGAN’s Maintenance, Emergency Procedures, Leasing and Marketing, Management and Operations, manuals along with the Team Member Handbook.
• Monitor building systems, fire, electrical, security, elevators, etc. Report all unsafe areas to Lead Maintenance.
• Constantly inspect the community and report hazards to the Lead Maintenance.
• Conduct all work in compliance with OSHA and the MORGAN Operations manual.
• Maintain a workplace that adheres to safety standards.
• Assist to maintain all common areas.
• Respond to all service requests within 24 hours. Ensure that all service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all vacant units are market ready within 7 days.
