Job summary

The Maintenance Technician, Multifamily (Affordable) role with Cushman & Wakefield supports residents by delivering quality move-ins and timely service. You will respond to service requests and perform essential maintenance tasks including painting, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry to ensure a positive living experience.

Strong communication and safety awareness are required, with on-call duties and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related maintenance experience.
• Ability to read manuals and safety policies.
• EPA 608 Type II or local certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make ready apartments including painting, cleaning, and repairs.
• Respond to resident requests promptly with professionalism.
• Perform maintenance including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry and painting.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, assist with safety and housekeeping.
• On-call duties and report concerns to supervisor.
