Bridge Property Management in Phoenix is seeking a Service Manager to oversee maintenance operations for communities typically under 600 units, providing hands-on leadership and vendor oversight to ensure high-quality service and readiness.

You will develop staff, manage safety and compliance, and coordinate with leasing and office teams to support timely repairs, cost control, and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of multifamily maintenance management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.
• EPA certification Type I, II, or Universal required; CPO preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent; CAMT or trade qualifications encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations across at least one community to ensure service quality.
• Supervise daily maintenance activities including service requests, preventative maintenance, make-readies, and emergencies.
• Develop and mentor maintenance staff with clear performance expectations.
• Oversee vendor relationships and monitor service quality and timeliness.
• Direct unit turns to minimize vacancy and ensure move-in readiness.
• Conduct site inspections to assess condition, safety, and curb appeal.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure OSHA/MSDS compliance.
• Prepare reports on service requests, turn metrics, and budget performance.
