Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a Service Manager to oversee maintenance operations across at least one apartment community, typically under 600 units. You will lead hands-on maintenance, supervise staff, manage vendor relationships, and ensure move-in readiness and high service standards.

The role requires 3–5+ years in multifamily maintenance, EPA certification, and strong leadership. Expect a hands-on position with safety, budget, and operational responsibilities across assigned

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of multifamily maintenance management experience.
• EPA certification Type I, II, or Universal required; CPO preferred in some portfolios.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage maintenance operations across at least one apartment community.
• Schedule and prioritize daily maintenance activities and service requests.
• Develop maintenance staff through coaching and mentorship.
• Oversee vendor and contractor relationships and ensure timely repairs.
• Direct unit turn scheduling to minimize vacancy days and ensure move-in readiness.
• Perform routine site inspections and enforce safety and compliance protocols.
• Lead preventative maintenance programs and document results.
• Manage inventory and procurement of tools and parts.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.
