Job summary

Broad on the Green is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for multifamily properties to ensure quality move-ins, timely service, and attentive resident care. You will respond to service requests and help deliver superior customer service to residents.

Responsibilities include preparing market-ready apartments, maintaining grounds and facilities, and handling emergencies. A valid driver's license, EPA 608 Type II or CPO, and 3+ years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• EPA 608 - Type II or CPO certification or city requirement.
• 3+ years of related maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments including painting, cleaning, repairs.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and maintain resident satisfaction.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and safety of the property.
• Perform on-call emergency maintenance as needed.
• Adhere to safety policies and relevant housing regulations.
