Job summary

Candidates must have a valid driver's license and certifications as required. The position offers a competitive salary between $29.75 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience required.
• Must possess EPA 608 - Minimum Type II certification or local city required certificate.
• Must have valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments including painting, carpet cleaning, and general repairs.
• Complete resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and dog parks.

Skills

Knowledge of maintenance functions

Customer service

Knowledge of local and federal housing laws

Ability to perform on-call emergency procedures

Education

High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school
