Job summary

The Statler Residences, operated by Cushman & Wakefield, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for multifamily properties in Dallas. This role oversees move-in readiness, resident satisfaction, preventive maintenance and on-call emergency response to deliver quality service.

You will handle a range of maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and grounds care, while ensuring compliance with safety and housing regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of related maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Type II, or CPO, or local certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all market-ready apartments, including painting and housekeeping to ensure a quality product.
• Responds to resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Knowledge of maintenance functions: plumbing, pool, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, painting, and life safety.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, and handles on-call emergency procedures.
• Reports issues affecting budget and compliance to the manager.
• Schedules and performs preventative maintenance and records activities.
• Complies with state, local, and federal housing laws and safety policies.
