Job summary

The NRP Group in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all physical aspects of the LIHTC Woodmont community. You will lead maintenance, coordinate turns, manage safety, and ensure curb appeal.

Candidates should have 5+ years of maintenance experience in apartment communities, CFC certification, and proficiency in MS Office and Yardi. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CFC Universal Certification preferred.
• 5+ years of maintenance and repair experience in multifamily communities is required.
• Proficiency with Yardi/property management software and MS Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all maintenance of the community.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and janitorial services.
• Maintain records for reporting and budgeting as required by policy.
