Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor, Multifamily to oversee maintenance of apartment communities in the Phoenix area. You will ensure quality move-ins, resident satisfaction, timely service, and professional conduct.

The role requires hands-on maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs, plus on-call emergency coverage and adherence to safety standards. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years related maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments with cleaning, painting, and repairs.
• Complete resident service requests promptly.
• Perform maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and appliances.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and dog parks.
• Attend training and adhere to safety policies.
• Provide superior customer service and professional representation.
