Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Mesa Station Apartments to ensure timely, quality maintenance and housing safety. You will prepare apartments for occupancy, respond to resident service requests, and manage grounds and common areas to uphold high resident satisfaction.

The role requires knowledge of various maintenance functions, compliance with housing laws, and the ability to work shifts across Sundays to Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of state/local/federal housing laws and codes.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares market-ready apartments (painting, carpet cleaning/repair, general repairs).
• Responds to resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Maintains grounds, pools, and common areas; handles safety issues.
