Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Summerset Apartments. This role will involve apartment maintenance and ensuring quality and timely service to residents alongside superior customer support. The ideal candidate must have 3+ years of maintenance experience and flexibility in working hours.

Responsibilities include preparing apartments for occupancy, responding to service requests, and maintaining properties in compliance with safety laws. The position offers a competitive compensation package with numerous benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related maintenance experience required.
• EPA 608 – Minimum Type II certification required.
• Ability to work any shift Sunday-Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all market-ready apartments including repairs and cleaning.
• Respond to resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Perform on-call emergency procedures as required.

Skills

Knowledge of various maintenance functions

Ability to provide superior customer service

Ability to perform general repairs

Knowledge of state and local housing laws

Education
