Job summary

Cornerstone Residential is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor in Bozeman, MT to lead the maintenance team and ensure the property remains in top condition. You will coordinate with the Property Manager on work orders, safety compliance, and preventive maintenance across the community.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and timely completion of tasks, with a Monday–Friday schedule and on-call rotation. Competitive hourly pay and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ general residential maintenance experience on LIHTC property.
• Minimum 2-3 years' supervisory experience.
• HVAC Certification.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and energy management systems.
• Certifications/licenses as required by local, state, or other regulations.
• Must have reliable transportation, maintain auto insurance, and have a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Pool Certification.
• Ability to work on-call as scheduled and work weekends and after hours as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule maintenance activities for the property and maintenance staff.
• Coordinate, schedule and respond to service requests.
• Order supplies and manage the maintenance budget.
• Manage property maintenance personnel.
• Other duties as assigned.
