Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 19th and Graf to maintain the physical integrity of our apartment community in Bozeman, MT. The role requires attention to detail, timely work orders, and effective customer service with residents and vendors.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma, valid US driver’s license, and EPA HVAC certification preferred. Compensation ranges from $27 to $29 per hour with benefits and a strong on-site team environment.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Completes make-readies.
• Maintain property grounds and common areas.
• Preventative Maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas.
• Provide a parts and material list needed on a weekly basis.
• Assist in coverage of emergency calls with other team members.
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff, and vendors in a professional manner.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by the manager.
