Job summary

11Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Bozeman, MT to service Madison Park, Gallatin Trails, and Copper Pines. You’ll perform routine maintenance, respond to resident requests, and ensure units are ready for leasing.

You will conduct inspections, manage safety procedures, and collaborate with on-site teams. A valid driver’s license and 1+ year of maintenance experience are required; on-site work is expected across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in property maintenance or related fields.
• Multifamily property management experience preferred.
• Familiarity with property maintenance software and MS Office.
• Strong communication and teamwork with residents and management.
• Must meet physical requirements and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks for assigned community.
• Respond to service requests promptly and coordinate with residents.
• Make-ready vacant units; ensure repairs and cleanliness meet standards.
• Troubleshoot major and minor mechanical systems.
• Conduct daily property walks and address maintenance needs.
• Support on-call emergencies outside normal hours as needed.
