Job summary

11Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support three Bozeman communities: Madison Park, Gallatin Trails, and Copper Pines. You’ll perform general maintenance, respond to service requests, and maintain property curb appeal.

The role requires 1+ year of maintenance or related experience, basic software use (HappyCo, MS Office), strong communication, and the ability to work on-site at multiple properties.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance or related experience required.
• Experience with multifamily properties preferred.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Complete general maintenance tasks and make-readies.
• Respond to service requests with minimal callbacks.
• Maintain property curb appeal and cleanliness.
• Troubleshoot and repair major and minor systems.
• Coordinate with on-site team and update work orders.
