Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Orchard Park multifamily property in Illinois. You will supervise maintenance operations, ensure timely service, and deliver exceptional resident experiences, including quality move-ins and proactive upkeep.

The role requires at least 3 years of related experience, EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification (or local equivalent), and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of related maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Type II, or CPO, or local city required certificate.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all market-ready apartments and common areas.
• Completes resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Maintains grounds, pools, and common areas; performs on-call emergencies.
• Schedules and performs preventive maintenance and records activities.
• Adheres to state/local/federal housing laws and safety policies.
