Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA 608 Type II certification required.
• 3+ years of related maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general carpentry.
• Ability to read and interpret safety policies.

Aufgaben

• Prepare market-ready apartments including painting, cleaning, and repairs.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly.
• Perform maintenance across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and more.
• Maintain grounds and amenities; schedule and perform preventive maintenance.
• Respond to on-call emergencies as required.
• Adhere to housing laws and company safety policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional representation.
• Attend required training sessions.
