Job summary

Greystar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for the Cue Apartments on Capitol Hill, Seattle. This role oversees day-to-day maintenance, safety, and cleaning standards across a 90-unit community, ensuring property conditions meet Greystar standards.

The position requires hands-on maintenance, vendor coordination, and a focus on resident service. Housing discounts, a cell phone allowance, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal certifications preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret safety standards and policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and teamwork.
• Manage external vendors and Warranties via email/phone.
• Develop standards for cleanliness and appearance of property.
• Knowledge of hot water repair and carpentry is a plus.
• Supervise up to 5 employees and assist with budget for repairs.
• Oversee make-readies and coordinate with vendors for move-ins.
