Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Bellevue, WA area. You will oversee maintenance operations, manage resident work orders, and supervise a small team to ensure property standards and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in property management maintenance preferred.
• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and complete resident work orders and routine upkeep.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units, schedule vendors, and inspect work.
• Develop cleanliness and appearance standards for grounds, exteriors, and common areas.
• Periodically inspect work by staff and contractors for quality and safety compliance.
• Maintain inventory of parts and tools; assist with budget for repairs and capital projects.
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure compliance with OSHA and safety regulations.
