Job summary

Greystar Novi at Queen Anne in Seattle is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the property's interior and exterior, grounds, and common areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

You will manage vendors, supervise up to five staff, develop standards for maintenance, assist with budgeting, and perform preventative maintenance with a focus on safety and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Own hand tools and ability to use hand/power tools safely.
• EPA certifications Type I & II or Universal for HVAC work.
• Valid driver’s license for on-site operations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and property management software (Yardi/One Site).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service as part of a team.
• Manage outside vendors and follow up on warranties via email and phone.
• Develop standards for the cleanliness and overall appearance of the property.
• Knowledge of hot water repair and maintenance; basic carpentry skills.
• Supervise up to 5 employees.
• Assist with budget development for regular repair, maintenance, and capital expenses.
• Delegate and complete resident work orders promptly.
