Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an experienced Community Manager for The Cue Apartments on Capitol Hill in Seattle. You will lead daily property operations, manage staff, and drive occupancy and revenue goals at this 90-unit mid-rise community with modern amenities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as a leader, and as a collaborative member of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the property to achieve budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Control expenditures by staying within the approved budget including maintenance repairs.
• Oversee the lease enforcement process by approving applications, discounts, and renewals.
• Supervise property staff to ensure goals are met; including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Assist in managing client/owner relationships by providing updates and responding to owner requests.
