Job summary

Greystar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor in the Seattle area to oversee technical and mechanical work, ensuring the property, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality.

This on-site role includes supervising up to 5 staff, coordinating vendors, and contributing to budget planning for repairs and capital projects, with a focus on safety and resident experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance, or related trade.
• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal if the position requires working on a sealed HVAC system.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform maintenance tasks to keep property clean, safe, and functional.
• Manage outside vendors and follow up on warranties by email and phone.
• Develop standards for the cleanliness and overall appearance of the property.
• Supervise up to 5 employees and assist with budget development for repairs and capital projects.
• Attend safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance.
