Job summary

Greystar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for The Cue Apartments on Capitol Hill in Seattle. You will oversee and perform technical and mechanical work to keep interiors, exteriors, grounds, and amenities safe, clean, and functional while managing a team.

This role requires vast maintenance management experience in multifamily housing, knowledge of hot water repair, carpentry, tool safety, and proficiency with Yardi/One Site; strong budgeting and vendor coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Vast maintenance management experience in multifamily housing.
• Knowledge of hot water heater repair and maintenance; carpentry skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and property management software (Yardi/One Site).
• Ability to read, interpret policies; strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform technical and mechanical work to meet standards.
• Manage outside vendors and follow up on warranties by email and phone.
• Develop standards for cleanliness and appearance of the property.
• Supervise up to 5 employees and assist with budgeting for repairs.
• Complete resident work orders promptly and maintain safety compliance.
