Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for Multifamily Cornell Midtown in Dallas. You will oversee maintenance tasks, ensure market-ready units, and respond to resident service requests with a strong focus on safety and compliance.

The role requires 3+ years in maintenance, EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification, and a valid driver's license. On-call duties and travel between properties are expected as part of the job.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• 3+ years of related maintenance experience; EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification required.
• Knowledge of state/local housing laws and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments with necessary maintenance and housekeeping.
• Handle resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting tasks.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; respond to on-call emergencies as required.
• Adhere to safety policies and local codes; document preventive maintenance.
