Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Manager I to coordinate maintenance staff and oversee repairs for multifamily properties. You will schedule work, manage inventories, and ensure safety and quality in daily operations.

The role requires strong leadership, familiarity with OSHA and property maintenance, and the ability to respond to resident requests while maintaining company standards. Pay is $36/hr, with a Monday–Friday schedule and on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• EPA Core, Type I Appliances, Type II HVAC and pool operator certs required/essential.
• Strong computer skills to coordinate and respond to maintenance requests.
• Experience in safety and preventive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Create maintenance schedules and assign tasks to staff; coordinate with Community Manager.
• Provide safety training and conduct basic property safety audits.
• Inspect property daily for repairs and safety hazards; oversee repairs per standards.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, codes, and internal policies.
• Maintain and source replacement equipment; manage tools inventory.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to resident requests.
• Other duties as assigned.
