Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Supervisor - Missions at Sunbow in Chula Vista, CA. The role oversees and performs technical and mechanical work to keep buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas clean, safe, and functional, with a focus on service excellence.

The position requires 1-2 years of property maintenance experience, strong leadership, and familiarity with Yardi or similar systems. On-call shifts are included, and a housing discount is available for onsite staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience.
• Property maintenance experience in multifamily environments with supervisory responsibilities.
• Own hand tools unless prohibited by state law and safe use of tools.
• Ability to think logically to diagnose and fix problems.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist and complete resident service work orders and routine upkeep.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate vendors.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
• supervise team members and contractors; monitor safety and quality standards.
• Assist with budgeting for repair and maintenance and cost control.
