Qualifications

• Minimum four years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• High School diploma preferred.
• EPA Core, Type I Appliances, Type II-HVAC, and Certified Pool Operator certifications required.
• Must provide own industry-specific hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign maintenance tasks; oversee staff performance.
• Ensure safety training and OSHA compliance for the team.
• Conduct property safety audits and address liabilities.
• Inspect, repair, install, and replace equipment as needed.
• Maintain preventive maintenance programs and track results.
• Share on-call duties and respond to resident requests per standards.
