Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician I to help oversee physical assets and ensure resident satisfaction at our Arlington property. You will assist in diagnosing problems, performing general maintenance, and supporting apartment make-readies under supervision.

The role requires basic computer skills, 6 months to 1 year of maintenance experience, and working knowledge of HVAC. You will operate safely and report hazards per OSHA guidelines while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• Six months to one-year general maintenance and safety experience.
• Basic computer skills/knowledge required to perform job functions.
• Regularly performs manual, task-oriented work under direct supervision.
• High School or GED is a plus.
• Working knowledge of HVAC; required to provide own hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Uses industry-specific technology to ensure repairs and replacements are completed in a timely manner to restore units to move-in ready condition.
• Performs maintenance requests, replacements, and upkeep including exterior grounds and common areas, and assists with make-readies.
• Identifies and reports hazards to Community Manager and Service Manager; supports OSHA safety requirements.
