Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Ranger to perform technical and mechanical work to maintain the property's buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas. You will diagnose issues and complete repairs within 24–48 hours to ensure safety and appearance.

Responsibilities include completing make-readies for vacant units, inspecting spaces, and coordinating with vendors as needed. Strong communication and resident-service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience: 1–3 years of apartment maintenance preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata/Yardi and/or One Site).

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours.
• Performs make-ready tasks to prepare vacated apartments for leasing.
• Supports cost-saving through repairs rather than replacements where possible.
• Keeps inventory organized and notifies maintenance supervisor about re-ordering needs.
• Documents all work and ensures safety compliance.
