Job summary

BlueLine Property Management in Colorado Springs is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support a 50-unit affordable apartment community serving residents aged 18–24 transitioning to independent living. You’ll perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and safety inspections to create safe, welcoming living spaces for residents.

This hands-on role requires a high school diploma and at least one year of property maintenance experience, plus basic tools and Microsoft Office familiarity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of property maintenance or related field.
• Proficiency with basic tools and equipment.
• Basic skills with Microsoft Suite and work order software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and troubleshooting for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliances.
• Inspect properties to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Complete and document work orders and maintenance logs.
• Support inventory management and vendor coordination.
• Respond to emergencies during after-hours on-call rotations.
