Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and troubleshooting for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, and more.
• Inspect properties to identify maintenance and safety needs.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly to support satisfaction.
• Complete and document work orders and maintenance logs.
