Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, boiler systems, and unit turns; perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and vendor coordination. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining multi-family properties.
• HVAC experience required; EPA/CPO certifications a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for portfolio.
• Train and supervise technicians.
• Plan and execute preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage work orders.
• Ensure unit turns and inspections are completed on schedule.
