• Prepares make‑ready apartments with cleaning, painting and repairs.
• Responds promptly to resident requests with professional attitude.
• Maintains grounds, pools, common areas and amenities to a safe standard.
• Reports maintenance concerns to supervisor and performs scheduled tasks.
