Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician, Multifamily (Floating) to support on-site operations at our residential properties in Colorado. You will perform preventive and hands-on maintenance to keep units, common areas, and amenities in top condition.

Responsibilities include responding to resident requests promptly, completing make-ready tasks, and maintaining systems such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry. Some travel between properties and on-call duties may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• EPA 608 - Type II and CPO or local city required certificates (if applicable).
• Ability to read/understand policy manuals, safety rules, and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepares make ready apartments, including painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, and general repairs.
• Responds to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Performs maintenance tasks: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and snow removal (if applicable).
• Maintains grounds, pools, common areas, and amenities for safety and cleanliness.
• On-call scheduling may be required for after-hours emergencies.
• Reports maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor and completes scheduled work.
