Job summary

LSA Management is seeking an experienced Multifamily Service Manager to lead maintenance operations across multiple apartment communities. You will supervise service teams, oversee preventive maintenance programs, and ensure resident satisfaction while managing property assets.

The role requires EPA certification (Universal preferred), strong HVAC troubleshooting skills, and 5+ years in multifamily maintenance with 2+ years in supervision.

Qualifications

• EPA certification is required with universal preferred.
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair expertise.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in maintenance.
• 5+ years multifamily maintenance experience.
• Strong leadership and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance staff across properties; ensure work orders are completed on time.
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs; manage budgets and vendors.
• Support capital projects and preventive maintenance programs; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Foster resident satisfaction and retention through responsive service.
