Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years as service/maintenance manager or supervisor
• HVAC, EPA and CPO certifications required

• Experience with preventative maintenance and vendor management
• Knowledge of city/state safety codes and OSHA guidelines
• Experience with budgeting and cost controls

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations across multiple trades
• Manage make-readies, housekeeping, grounds, and capital projects
• Schedule and supervise a maintenance team and external contractors
• Ensure safety policies and inspections are completed
• Maintain inventory and authorize purchase orders through Community Manager
• Respond to maintenance emergencies and on-call shifts
