Job summary

LyvWell Apartments in Nashville, TN is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a high‑complexity multi‑unit property. You’ll lead a maintenance team, coordinate repairs, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and uptime of mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and janitorial tasks.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, 3–4 years of commercial/property maintenance experience, English proficiency, and EPA/HVAC certification.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• 3–4 years of commercial or multi-unit maintenance experience.
• Computer and smartphone literacy required; clear English communication.
• EPA/HVAC certification is required; other licenses are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and leads maintenance team across multiple units.
• Hires, trains, schedules, disciplines; performs appraisals.
• Repairs or assigns HVAC, plumbing, carpentry tasks as needed.
• Inspects electrical systems, lighting, and power circuits.
• Performs routine plumbing repairs and fixture replacements.
• Interacts with contractors; prepares bids and coordinates vendor work.
• Carries out preventative maintenance and safety compliance.
• All other duties as assigned.
