LyvWell Apartments in Tampa, FL is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a multi-unit property’s maintenance team. The role covers mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and housekeeping tasks, with emphasis on high-quality, timely repairs.

You will hire, train, and supervise staff, coordinate with contractors, and manage preventative maintenance programs. A high school diploma, 3–4 years of relevant experience, and EPA/HVAC certification are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years of experience in commercial or multi-unit property.
• Must communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal.
• EPA/HVAC certification required; electrical/appliance experience preferred.
• Computer and smartphone literacy required.

Responsabilités

• Supervises the maintenance team; hires, trains, schedules, and evaluates staff.
• Diagnoses and repairs mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues.
• Performs or delegates routine to complex building maintenance tasks.
• Coordinates with contractors; secures bids and manages vendors.
• Ensures preventative maintenance and safety compliance.
