Job summary

LyvWell Apartments LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a high-complexity multi-unit property in Nashville. You will lead a team, coordinate repairs, and ensure safe, efficient operations across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and housekeeping tasks.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of commercial or multi-unit property experience, a High School diploma, and EPA/HVAC certification. A valid driver's license is preferred; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years of experience with commercial or multi-unit properties.
• Must communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal.
• Computer and smartphone literacy; multilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical maintenance, grounds, interior and exterior maintenance, custodial, housekeeping and/or food court staff.
• Hire, train, schedule, discipline staff; perform performance appraisals and recommend pay changes.
• Repair and maintain mechanical equipment including HVAC; diagnose, disassemble, clean, lubricate, repair and replace parts.
• Carpentry duties: doors, jambs, moldings, hinges, door closers, locks; drywall/plaster repair and painting.
