Job summary

LyvWell is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Nashville to supervise a maintenance team at a multi-unit residential property. The role focuses on coordinating repairs, preventative maintenance, and coordinating with contractors to ensure reliable building operations.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of commercial property experience, strong English communication skills, and the ability to oversee carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks. A valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of commercial or multi-unit property experience
• Must communicate clearly in English, verbal and written
• Multilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Supervises and leads a maintenance team for a multi-unit residential property
• Coordinates and performs preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems
• Maintains and repairs carpentry, plumbing, electrical tasks as needed
• Interfaces with contractors and vendors, obtains bids and oversees work
• Hires, trains, schedules, and evaluates staff; conducts performance appraisals
• Ensures compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
• Maintains cleanliness and housekeeping standards throughout property
• Performs other duties as assigned
