Job summary

LyvWell Apartments LLC in New York, NY is seeking a capable Maintenance Supervisor to lead a multi-unit residential property with higher complexity. You will supervise a maintenance team, coordinate repairs, and ensure safety and reliability of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and housekeeping tasks.

The role requires 3–4 years of commercial property maintenance experience, strong English communication, and a High School diploma/GED.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of commercial or multi-unit property maintenance experience.
• Clear communication in English, both verbal and written.
• EPA/HVAC certifications preferred; valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and leads maintenance team across multiple duties.
• Repairs and maintains HVAC, mechanical equipment, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Inspects, diagnoses, and fixes electrical issues and lighting.
• Interfaces with contractors, solicits bids, and manages service vendors.
• Performs preventive maintenance and ensures safety/compliance.
