LyvWell in Nashville, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Burnham Nashville. You will perform HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical work and general repairs to keep apartment communities well maintained and residents happy.

Require 1–2 years in commercial or multi-unit property, HS diploma or GED, valid driver license, and ability to communicate clearly in English. Weekend work may be required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Competenze

• HVAC repairs, cleaning and replacement as needed.
• Plumbing repairs, parts replacement, installations.
• Carpentry including doors, shelves, countertops, locks.
• Painting and drywall/plaster repairs as required.

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and urgent repairs to common areas and units.
